Your mobile number, the learner profiles on your account (a name or nickname, class and subjects), what has been learned and practised, scores, and the questions asked of the AI tutor.
To create and secure the account, to bill through your network, and to send service messages such as expiry reminders and the weekly progress SMS if you opt in. We never sell it and we never use it for unrelated marketing.
A child's profile is created by a parent or a teacher, never by the child alone. We collect the least we can: a name or nickname, a class, and learning activity. We do not collect a child's photograph, address or contacts.
A parent sees their child's scores, weak topics and time spent, but never the child's AI tutor conversations. A teacher sees class and per-student progress on their own assignments and quizzes, and never sees anything about money.
Payments are processed by your network or its payment partner. We store whether an account is covered and until when. We never see or store your MoMo PIN.
Learning records are kept while the account is active. A parent can delete a child's profile, which removes that child's learning record. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold on your number.
You can turn the weekly SMS off, change or remove a learner profile, and stop the subscription, all without contacting anyone.
