Adwen is a learning service for Mathematics and Science mapped to the NaCCA curriculum, for Primary and Junior High School in Ghana. It runs in your phone's browser. There is no app to install.
You subscribe with a mobile number. Charges are taken from that number's airtime or Mobile Money by your network, not by us. You are told the price before you confirm, and you are not charged until your network confirms the subscription. If the network refuses the charge, nothing is taken.
Daily, weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until you stop them. You can stop at any time by dialling the short code and choosing Cancel, and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for a period already started.
One mobile number can carry several learner profiles in a household. A parent or teacher creates a profile for a Primary-age child; a child does not register alone. The person who pays controls the account, including deleting a child's profile.
The tutor answers only inside the topic a learner has open, and it has a fair daily limit because each answer costs money to produce. It can be wrong. Lessons and practice content are reviewed by Ghanaian teachers before publication; live tutor replies are not individually reviewed.
Use Adwen for learning. Do not share your account for resale, attempt to extract the question bank in bulk, or use the service to harass anyone.
If we change these terms in a way that affects what you pay or what you get, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
